Who it is for
Built for teams that already place calls in software.
Coocall Telephony is the carrier under that software. You keep the agent, the PBX, or the backend. We carry the call.
- 01
Voice-agent teams
Assign a Coocall number to the agent you already built, and let the trunk carry inbound and outbound.
- 02
A PBX you already operate
Register one SIP hostname. Keep the phone system you have, and present a number from your account.
- 03
A product that dials
Your backend starts, transfers, and ends the call over HTTPS, and can stream audio to your own speech stack.
The stack
From an account to a live call on one stack
Numbers, SIP, a voice API, and browser calling sit on the same Coocall account. You are not stitching a carrier project to a second vendor for the first call.
- 01
Phone numbers
Local, national, and toll-free lines on one inventory, ready to assign.
Explore - 02
SIP trunking
A hostname for inbound and outbound traffic from your PBX or agent.
Explore - 03
Voice API
Start, answer, transfer, and hang up calls from your own backend.

WebRTC
Browser and in-app calling on the same numbers, with a bridge to the phone network.

WhatsApp Business
A sales conversation when you want WhatsApp Business on the same account. Telephone numbers stay self-serve.

Path
How a number goes live
Four steps from an empty account to a number that can take a call.
- 01
Create an account
Open the console and add the business that will own the numbers.
- 02
Verify where required
Some countries ask for an address or an identity check before a number can be issued.
- 03
Pick a number
Search by country and prefix, then rent the line that matches the market you are calling.
- 04
Attach a trunk or an answer URL
Point the number at a SIP trunk or at the HTTPS endpoint that should answer it.
Your software
Built so the agent is the caller, not a bolt-on
The trunk and the API are for software that places and answers calls, not only for a human on a handset.
Numbers you assign in software
Search, rent, and point a line at a trunk or an answer URL from the console.
Control on a live call
Transfer or hang up from your backend while the line is still up.
The same line across products
SIP, the voice API, and WebRTC can share a number you already own.
Connectors
Connect the stack you already run
Coocall Telephony carries the call. Your agent, PBX, or speech pipeline stays yours.
- 01
Coocall agents
Point a number at the agent you already built in Coocall.
- 02
Your SIP PBX
Register a trunk hostname and keep the PBX you have.
- 03
Your speech pipeline
Stream media to the STT, model, and TTS you already operate.
- 04
Browser sessions
Bridge a web or in-app session onto the same numbers.
- 05
HTTPS webhooks
Answer inbound calls from your own URL, without a desk phone.
Rules of the line
Numbers only where we can support the local rules
Coocall issues a number in a country when we can meet that country’s telephone rules. If the destination requires an address or an identity check, that step appears before the number is assigned. We do not publish a country list or a certification list on this site until those items are confirmed.
Identity when required
Some destinations ask for an address or an identity check before a number can be issued.
Caller ID you own
Outbound calls present a number that already sits on your Coocall account.
No spoofed identity
Acceptable use forbids presenting a caller ID you are not allowed to use.
Concurrent-call cap
Set how many calls a trunk may carry at once.
Failover URI
Send inbound traffic to a second SIP URI if the first one does not answer.

FAQ
Questions we hear before the first number
Who is this site for?
Teams that need phone numbers and a way to place or receive calls from software. If you already run Coocall agents, this is the carrier side of that product.
Is this a PBX?
No. The trunk carries the call. Your PBX, agent, or backend decides who speaks.
Which countries can I buy?
Country counts are not confirmed on this page. Ask sales for the markets you need, or search inventory after you create an account.
Can I keep my own speech stack?
Yes. The voice API can stream media to the pipeline you already run. You do not have to use Coocall’s agent product on every call.
What if verification fails?
The number is not assigned. You are not billed rental for a line we could not issue.
Do you sell WhatsApp on this site?
Not as self-serve. PSTN numbers, SIP, the voice API, and WebRTC are the products on these pages. WhatsApp Business is a sales conversation.
Where are the prices?
On the pricing page. Cells marked Rate pending are not signed off yet.
