What you configure on the trunk

    Credential or IP allow-list

    Sign in with a username and password, or allow only the addresses your PBX sends from.

    Concurrent-call cap

    Set how many calls the trunk may carry at once, so a burst cannot overrun the line you planned for.

  • 03

    Inbound to your SIP URI

    Calls that arrive on your numbers are sent to the URI you register for that trunk.

  • 04

    Caller ID you own

    Outbound calls present a number that already sits on your Coocall account.
