Questions on the bill
- What billing period do these rows use?
- Minute charges are meant to be usage in a calendar month. Number rental is a monthly fee. Exact invoice dates are confirmed with the account agreement, not on this page.
- How is a number released?
- You release it from the console when you no longer want the line. Rental stops at the end of the period the agreement describes. A released number is not kept for you.
- What if verification fails?
- The number is not assigned. You are not billed a rental for a line we could not issue. If a country needs more documents, the console asks for them before purchase completes.

Write to sales with the markets and the call volume you expect. Rows marked Rate pending stay that way until those rates are signed off.
